The Beginning of the Reverse Auction:

For sale is CO2 Filter Licence Right without a prototype for the car industry.
90 % of the ownership stake of the exclusive utilization rights of MFSYS CO2 Filter System technology is to be transferred in a Reverse auction.
The scheme is fashioned in a way that if the resale of the licence rights of PublicStep.com’s intellectual property should take place via a trading platform, 10 % of the licence fee returns shall be the legal due of MFSYS Green Car Ltd,
Except for the cases wherein, prior to the starting point of the ”Reverse Auction,” the named project right will have been purchased for above the token put-up price,
I.e., Should the bid made be higher than the put-up price and it also be approved by the right owning company, the Reverse Auction will be cancelled if reported 24 hours the latest before the start of the Auction.
In the cases specified as above the Licence Right will be transferred wholly and exclusively to the new project owner.
Further on, it is the new owner to decide when or he or she will or until what time will not market the emission mitigating innovation.
An investor will also be able to carry a given percentage of the named car type, if he or she acknowledges the prerequisite of two witnessed signatures necessary for the resale and is prepared to delegate the professional management to be performed by MFSYS Green Car ltd.
***Another unique opportunity is that if a buyer is the winner of the bid for the exclusive Licence Right without a prototype, he or she enters partnership with the company having developed the innovation,
I.E., he or she secures the same type of car for the named car type for the developer, who in a matter of 60-90 days will build the 1.O C02 Filter technology into it,
After which, when the prototype is sold, the parties will share the proceeds in keeping with their agreement.
