The US market is a priority for the world’s leading automotive carbon neutralisation technology with a US patent.
Licensing rights relating to the territory of the USA are transferred exclusively to legal entities in the USA.
For all other countries, the development and exploitation rights of the “MFSYS CO2 Filter System” are transferred on the basis of a know how contract.
During the campaign period, the royalty rate, without industry use restrictions, is $1 per resident.
The exclusive license transfer offer of $1 per resident is currently valid only for the territory of the USA.
Community funding can be booked at 10 Euro cents per resident globally, for both natural and legal persons.
Reservation transactions with a marketing value of 10 Euro cents per resident will be waived by the development company.
In such cases, under Hungarian law, we must compensate the booking partner by repaying twice the amount of the deposit.

A device for self-sustained H2 gas generation in ultra-filtered, ionised water, which condenses the water vapour content of the exhaust gases, can be used to reduce the air-fuel mixture by injecting the produced mixture into the combustion chamber. This results in fuel savings.
