Campaign to promote the MFSYS CO2 Filter System technology
Publicstep.com is the platform of the presentation of the technology transfer, and booking’s support administration.
On this platform, a form of crowdfunding can be used to support the global go-to-market campaign by reserving developer shares, either Free Experience Rides and/or Virtual Experience Rides with a buyback guarantee.
Attention! – The PublicStep.com platform provides a transparent interface between the parties providing and receiving the booking, microcredit support, without the involvement of a financial intermediary.
The Campaign for Market Entry:
Shares in the Development Company may be reserved at a “symbolic price”, to which Global Public Ltd. as the developer has the right of buyback and Cai Shen Europe Zrt. as the trustee has the right of first refusal for 200% of the reservation value.
Pre-emptive holder Cai Shen Europe Zrt. has access to shares and exclusive licensing rights to the Geneva Invention Expo gold medal winner, holder of US patent rights and world-leading CO2 Filter prototypes, still at below market value.
The consortium of developing and right-owning companies are dedicating €100 million to the global familiarization of the MFSYS Mobil carbon reduction technology, for a unique application in the automotive segment with a monopoly market position.

The support will be paid back in the currency in which it was paid.
The refund will be made within 72 hours of the date of the contractual refund request.

The developer and rights holding companies are entitled to all “MFSYS CO2 Filter System” royalty royalties, license sales, for-profit virtual experience rides, and developer stock reservations, sponsorship and other media exposure sales.

THE BUSINESS COLLATERAL OF THE COMMUNITY FINANCE!
The developer of the “MFSYS CO2 Filter System” owns ~ EUR 16.2 million nominal value share package of Cai Shen Europe Investment Holdings Zrt.
These shares are backed by the US patent (US 8,501,129 B2) and the rights to license the use of the automotive application know how for VW Group brands.
The MFSYS system has been developed over many years by Global Public Ltd. with a small community.
Among the global automotive brands, it has accepted direct sponsorship and expertise from the development centre of Porsche AG (Weissach).
The development consortium will now bring to market its world-leading automotive Carbon Neutralisation technology through the power of ‘public’, for-profit community funding.
AUCTION on developer share package bookings
Developer shares booked at 1-10%… which VIP Membership can “buy and sell” in a closed system via the PublicStep.com interface.
For example, a package of ordinary shares with a nominal value of €100,000, which has been reserved for €1,000 to €10,000, can be transferred in accordance with the Membership Rules.
If a takeover bid is received for the announced block of shares at a minimum of 3 times the purchase price, the development company will cease from the offer of the sale or resale the reservation transaction with a “valid transaction number”.
According to the relevant Hungarian legislation, the person who receives the deposit is obliged to compensate the other party by repaying twice the amount of the deposit.
After the transfer, the new guaranteed repurchase period starts!
Justification of the business model:
As the exclusive developer of the patent for the “MFSYS CO2 Filter System” technology, Global Public Ltd. sells only license rights on a market basis to protect the manufacturing plants, automotive suppliers and its own market and the copying of its technical solution.
It assigns rights of use per named type and/or vehicle brand, with the transaction for a specific type (e.g. Audi A8) being considered a trade secret.
The development company, which continues to have a global monopoly on the market, promotes its know-how through for-profit community funding in addition to traditional marketing opportunities.
Please note – On the transfer of fixed one, three and six-month bookings or individual agreements, the maturity will “restart” with the share buy-back scheme being modified according to the conditions for the case number advertised.
The refund of the deposit or the repurchase of the developer share will be paid back in the currency (or payment instrument) in which the reservation was made.
The VIP Member may offer for resale all or part of the block of reserved shares at a price of his/her choice, but it can only be transferred to a third party by the shareholder Global Public Ltd.
Administration and bookings that are advertised can be tracked on PublicStep.com, with daily updates.
Only contracted VIP Members are entitled to advertise on the Auction platform and invite external bidders.
(If a bidder misses a selected transaction, he will be notified when a new position with the same conditions is advertised.)
