Candidate project managers reserve named projects with a short-term, interest-free loan, so that after the fulfillment period corresponding to the reservation amount has expired, 100% of the reservation will be returned by the developer.
The term depends on the amount of the reservation and the agreement: 3–6–9–12 months, but project owner candidates who choose the royalty income “counter-version” booking option enjoy priority without a waiting list!
The usage license belonging to the named project right can be used within 8 calendar days after the end of the booking period or the achievement of the expected counter position.
Complete documentation of the patent description will be sent within 72 hours of receipt of the deposit.
In other words, with a short-term and symbolic reservation (interest-free loan), the carbon neutralization developments are supported by providing a FREE patent usage license for legal or natural person partners who join the program.
+ the sponsoring project owner’s name and logo will appear as a sponsor on the supporter interface of the carbon neutralization program (event, road show, prototype vehicle, etc.).
In those cases when the project owner claims a candidate for CO2 Filter prototype equipment, engineering hours, development implementation, expert advice… and the developer Global Public Ltd. undertakes it, then the remuneration will be charged at the market price.
Legal requirements for the reservation:
In cases where the recipient of the reservation recedes from the business due to a more FAVORABLE purchase and/or reservation OFFER for him, according to the law, he is obliged to compensate his reservation partner by repaying double the amount of the reservation.
Attention! In case of booking a market priority of the same size, the partner offering a higher value barter contribution will be preferred.
