We accept reservations for a maximum of €3,000,000 at a symbolic price.
Currently, the company’s symbolic value is €10 million.
You can book a part of the business at this company value as follows:

The current company valuation accepted by investors and owners is currently €100 million.
The same system also applies to MFSYS Green Car License Management Ltd., which company owns the rights of use in the automotive industry.
Global Public Ltd. WILL RECEDE any booking business below 55% of the market value, as it will not transfer ownership of its company at a nominal price!
However, it is refunding very happily twice the amount to the beta test partners who contributed to the promotion of the “project right booking system”.
In accordance with the legal regulations, if the receiver of the deposit “withdraws” from the business, it is obliged to compensate the partner by repaying double the amount of the deposit.
We only accept a 55% booking from a partner who has added value beyond the money.
Added value can be the name, device, service, etc. of the person making the reservation.
In this case, the Booker acquires an ownership share in the company at roughly half the price.

IMPORTANT!
The contents of all licence trading qualify as business secret: no third party can be given information on them.
The identity of the project manager or the depositor is confidential.
Should a given licence have been sold, only the relevant fact and the transaction data can be disclosed.
Neither depositor nor the project manager is entitled to advertise traditionally or online the accrual of the rights.
All releases in the media or rights of publicity are to be exclusively authorized by the licence donor.
The car as a mobile CO2 Filter
Exclusive licence rights without prototypes.
Put-up price: 16.950€ (HUF 6M) as per car types
The one-off licence fee with its extra special discount price applies to the first 99 of the approximately 2400 types.
The put-up licence price of further types will be decided upon as a function market interest in them.
ANYONE prepared to meet the exploitation conditions can make down a deposit without liability and with guaranteed reimbursement.
Which means that, proceeding backwards from the put-up price, a depositor who is the first to offer a purchasing price for the exclusive licence rights, which the proprietory company is also willing to accept, will CARRY it.
70 % of the put-up price is the lower threshold, which is the minimum payment for the licence fee.
The maturity of the auction is maximum thirty days with the put-up price decreasing 1% a day.
Should no offer above the threshold of tolerance be submitted during the time of the auction, the licence will remain with the owner of the rights.
The reverse auction mode will be employed without the transfer of the prototype equipment and on the effectuation of the token licence fee exclusively in the case licence transfer transactions.
Condition of participation: 5% of the put-up price will have to be transferred as a deposit. With the various car types this sum is €850 (HUF300.000),
which will be included in the licence fee of the auction winner.
Other participants’ deposits shall be reimbursed to the tune of 100 % within 72 hours following the termination of the auction.
In all cases where a reproducible prototype is part of the exclusive licence right put up to auction, an UPWARD BIDDING PROCEDURE is well known to have to be implemented, at the end of which the bidder offering the highest price will become the PROJECT MANAGER.
It stands to reason that if that be the case, no bidding process shall be performed.
***Book of regulations: 90 % of MFSYS C02 Filter System’s exclusive exploitation rights shall be transferred in keeping with the Reverse Auction model.
The scheme has been drawn up in such a manner that if PublicStep.com’s licence rights are resold through the trading platform for intellectual products,10 % of the returns shall be the legal due of MFSYS Green Car Ltd. ,
Except for the cases where the project right specified by name has been bought for above the token put-up price,
I.E. the bid higher than the put-up price, which is also accepted by the rights-owning company and submitted at least 24 hours before the commencement of the auction will cause the Reverse Auction to be cancelled.
In such cases the licence shall exclusively and to a 100 percent be transferred.
In all cases wherein a reproducible PROTOTYPE CAR is part of the exclusive licence right on auction, there shall be a well-known UPWRD BIDDING PROCESS APPLIED, whereby the highest bidder shall become the new PROJECT MANAGER.
Global licence rights
1 person = €1
A programme to be made use of as per 1 €/per inhabitants/settlements, and 1 €/permanent staff/company.
No more than 1% of the inhabitants of a settlement or of the permanent staff of a company can be made a deposit for in part or as a whole.
When a project right has found a buyer, 1200 % of the trading emoluments can be claimed,
which makes it 12% of the purchasing price, but a 1200 percent of the 1% deposit.
Which means that proceeding backwards from the put-up price, the first one to offer the highest purchasing price WILL CARRY the exclusive Licence right for which the owner of the rights is prepared to transfer it.
The maturity of the auction shall be 30 days with the put-up price decreasing 1% a day.
70 % of the put-up price is the lower threshold which is the minimum payment expected for the licence fee.
The reverse bidding process shall be applied in MFSYS C02 Filter System’s campaign to publicise its
carbon footprint mitigating programme.
A condition of participation: 0.1 % of the put-up price shall be remitted as a deposit,
Which will be ascribed to the licence fee of the Auction winner.
For the rest of the participants, their down payments shall be reimbursed to a 100% within 72 hours following the closure of the auction.
In all cases wherein reproducible prototype equipment is part of the licence right on auction, there shall be a well-known UPWARD BIDDING PROCESS applied, whereby the highest bidder is to become the new PROJECT MANAGER.
