June 2024: Global Public Ltd. development company and the rights owner MFSYS companies cooperated with Cai Shen Europe Investment Holdings Zrt., as a result of which transaction they will continue their activities in private asset management with the world’s leading CO2 Filter vehicle industry prototypes.
As a result of the cooperation, were the US patent for the MFSYS CO2 Filter System mobile, automotive technology and the exclusive license rights for internal combustion vehicles in the USA got behind Cai Shen Zrt.’s ordinary shares with a total nominal value of €652 million.
The technology patent and prototype cars that won the gold medal at the Geneva Invention Expo are still unique in the world, and their technical solution can directly reduce carbon dioxide emissions.
Thus maintaining its monopoly market position in the vehicle industry segment.

This price was determined decades ago in such a way that, if there is a demand for the given product and a production plant can appear on the market with it, then it will pay off for it many hundreds of times.
In the opposite case, i.e. if it does not have development to meet the demands, or if it does not buy know-how from an external developer, the manufacturer loses the market and lags behind its competitors.
With the cooperation of the developer and the rights-owning companies and production plants, they want to sell the technology globally, as was done, for example, by the developer of the Croatian Rimac electric super sports car.
It allowed the Porsche, Hyundai and Bugatti brands into his company as co-investors.
The developer of MFSYS developed its demonstration prototypes mainly for the brands of the Volkswagen concern.

Ez az ár úgy lett meghatározva évtizedekkel ezelőtt, hogy és amennyiben az adott termékre amire kereslet mutatkozik és egy gyártómű meg tud vele jelenni a piacon, akkor az sokszorosan meg fog térülni a számára.
Ellenkező esetben, azaz ha nincs fejlesztése a kínálkozó igények kielégítésére, illetve nem vesz know how-t külsős fejlesztőtől, az a gyártó piacot veszít és lemarad a versenytársaival szemben.
A fejlesztő és a jogtulajdonos társaságok globálisan kívánják értékesíteni a technológiát úgy, ahogy azt például a Horvát Rimac elektromos szupersport autó fejlesztője tette.
